The hotel had a stunning architecture with a rich historic feel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to try. The location was ideal, with close proximity to popular tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive for what was offered. The buffet selection was basic and the quality of food was not up to par.

The personnel was really very kind and helpful. Hotel has one of the best location, very elegant. The room was big enough especially the bathroom was big and light (daylight)

The welcome staff were excellent and informative. The room was fanatastic. The quality of breakfast was very good and to enjoy the terrace and view at breakfast was a very speacial part of the stay.

majestic roma exceeded my expectations with their prompt and pleasant service, excellent dining, and charming old-world charm. the free upgrade to a room with a terrace made our second stay even better. the hotel's location near a metro station and attractions like piazza spagna was ideal.

Room was really beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise.

The bar was like a ghost town. Although nice in decor on the 2 occasions that we visited it was empty of customers but full of staff.. would have been nicer if there was a more happening atmosphere.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully decorated community rooms with high ceilings, to the comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent bedding, everything was just perfect. The hotel's location on a charming tree-lined street made it even more desirable, as it was within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in the center of Rome. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were promptly met. The highlight of our stay was enjoying the lovely breakfast on the terrace, which added to the overall delightful experience.

The hotel is in a beautiful leafy and quiet location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, offering to organise any trip or sight seeing venture for us. The breakfast was exceptional, everything you could wish for available on a shaded terrace overlooking the Via Veneto. The room was of a high standard with a beautiful marble bathroom which overlooked a lovely temple and park - a truly lovely hotel and definitely worth the higher room rates.

The room was on the small side for a superior room when compared with the photos shown at the booking stage. The cleaning staff are also noisy in the mornings, we were woken up at 7am on a Sunday morning by shouting, laughing and hovering across the corridor!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, conveniently close to all the main attractions of the city. It is within walking distance to the historical center and the sights of Rome. Guests can easily get around the tourist area and explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with pleasant views over Rome. The service provided by the staff is impeccable, with friendly and helpful receptionists, concierge, and housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options, providing a great start to the day.

The bathroom could use some updating in terms of fixtures and hardware.

Wonderfully clean bright well presented hotel full of character, design very accomplished staff, quiet and comfortable. The Ninfa bar and ist floor restaurant where places to enjoy not just eat and drink.

It was unfortunate that the charminng Ist floor restaurant and bar were closed for saturday and sunday for weddings, maybe the time of year when the hotel is not so busy and weddings are numerous, however residents I believe should not be so disadvantaged in this way.

The hotel is traditional, cozy, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, much more than usual. They gave us an upgrade to a very pretty room. This is the second time I go to the hotel and my stay was beyond my expectations. Without doubts I would and do recommend it.A Girl named Corina and a gentleman called Claudio were specially helpful and nice to my wife and myself.

-Having said that I liked the hotel very much, I was quite annoyed by the fact that wi-fi did not work in the room and also by the fact that the cost of having breakfast (E.40 per person/day) made you avoid it. The staff apologized and so did the Manager, but to the important difficulties I had with the lack of connection with my office, one single flower for my wife would have been nicer.
